Leafs Winless Season Continues - Season 3, Episode 004

Practice! Practice! Practice! That's all the Leafs did all week and only Dave and Chris are there to talk about it and for some reason almost run out of time doing it. Newsflash; the Leafs lost to the Rangers! We also discuss the many woes of the Leafs and what they can do about them. After 3 seasons it's starting to get hard to find something to talk about a team that continues to disappoint. We also discuss the 3 on 3 tourney that the boys in blue had in good ol' Richmond Hill. We talk about the rest of the league and the surprise starts for Colorado and Phoenix. We wrap it up as always with Wayne's word and the best goalie in the NHL's name gets butchered. Have no fear there will be 4 games for us to discuss next show and maybe there will be a win among them.

Leafs Season Week 2 in Review - Season 3, Episode 003

Massive traffic on the 401 makes this a shortened episode, but not short enough as the guys are disgusted by the Leafs play and don't want to talk about it. But we do. Loses to the Pens, Rangers and yes, the much underestimated Avalanche are worrying Leafs Nation as they go 0-5-1 to start the year. Will the Leafs get even one win in October? We also dive into dodge ball and talk about what fun game we'd like to play to loosen things up. Dave votes for elephant polo. We talk about what the boys in blue can do to turn it around....(shrug) Finally we get Wayne on the ringer and he pulls out his 3rd correct spelling much to our amazement. Have no fear though, things get funny when we ask Wayne to role play as Brian Burke and he gives a rousing speech to the gang.

Panic on the streets of Toronto! Hang the GM! Hang the GM! Hang the GM! Hang the GM! (it's a Smiths song parody) This week the guys discuss the Leafs abysmal first week of the season and the widespread panic in Leafs Nation. People are ready to jettison Toskala and Wilson after only 3 games. The first game may have been exciting against Montreal but things got worst as they were shellacked by the Caps and then we were bored to death against our rivals in the nations capital. We also discuss the Leafs tampering charges and the hatred between the city of Vancouver and Toronto. It's War! We also talk goalies around the league and not to be missed is Wayne's Word. Season 3 is here! We were lazy bums during the summer but were back! In this episode we discuss all the changes around the league. Chris says some stupid things, Dave says some stupid things and Wayne definitely says stupid things. Thankfully we had Dan, he thinks before he speaks, so he didn't say stupid things. Most importantly we talk Leafs and the excitement that is brewing in the T dot and of coarse we have everyone's favourite; Wayne's Word!
